Position : CFD Analysis Engineer


    • A street-smart Engineer, B.E. / M.Tech Mechanical / Chemical (preferred) / Civil / Electrical / Electronics, MBA in Sales Marketing with 3 years of relevant experience in selling software (CFD / Structural / Chemical Kinetics / EDA tools, CAD / CAE tools), hardware (Computers, Lab Equipment), Test Measuring Equipment (VNA / Spectrum Analyser) in Engineering colleges, Engineers with Diploma may also apply
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the Academic Sector (Engineering Colleges / Universities / Deemed Universities / Diploma Colleges) in the Eastern/North-Eastern region
    • Excellent Relationship with HODs (ECE, EEE, Mech, Civil, Physics, Chemistry department) Principal, Directors of top 20 colleges in each state. C level relationships will add weightage
    • Excellent Communication skills (Oral, Written, Reading Comprehension, Listening) with ability to carefully understand the Prospect / customer s requirement and work closely with pertinent technical Teams, build a comprehensive presentation and deliver it to the satisfaction of the customer and gain a buy in for the offered solution
    • Ability to sell solutions after understanding the customer s needs is mandatory
    • Successful track record of having achieved his Demand Creation, Closure and payment collection targets (Quarterly / Annual) consistently during his tenure
    • Ability to follow sales process and direction from Managers, providing vital inputs to the team actively and submit reports in a timely manner is mandatory
    • Willingness to travel within the region is a must
    • Relationship with key personnel at University Level will be an added advantage
    • Experience in working with CRM tools like SalesForce will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Well informed with the dynamics of SMB Mid Market vertical. Should be in the field activities, with the potential of meeting 4-5 prospective customers daily
  • Responsible for attainment of Sales and Revenue targets
  • Taking effective measures to add new corporate clients control the retention of Corporate clients
  • Ensure all clients have been positioned for Product messaging and are receiving regular updates on the technology
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, training of Products solution as per customer order
  • Need to follow up on payments with the clients and have timely completion
  • Should have the potential to write proposals and to manage managerial discussion
