Job Description

Responsibilities

Determine all required placement requirements and assist all student participants to exchange all information appropriately.
Have to select companies and have to be in touch with HR from the beginning to the end of the placement process.
Have to talk to other companies and try to get them to campus for placements.
Have to invigilate during the placement examinations.
Have to be polite such that company should recruit more number of students during placements.
Have to clear the doubt and should be the bridge between students and HR.
Maintain knowledge on all requirements from companies regarding JDs to facilitate efficient working of the hiring company.
Manage all student progress and prepare required strategies to complete all programs and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Prepare all resumes and conduct interviews with all students and provide assistance to all course takers and review all procedures of the placement department.
Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email, and online meetings.
Collaborate with externship coordinator and program directors to administer all changes.
Prepare all data and perform surveys for various companies looking to hire candidates in the EV domain.
Administer and provide assistance to all placement & hiring enrollment processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate company participation.

Essential Qualification

Full-Time B.E./B.Tech in Engineering / Technology from a reputed Institution/university.
Desirable Qualification: Possessing BBA / MBA (HR / Events) from a reputed Institution is an added value

Required qualities

Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with Electric Vehicle and allied Industries, Manufacturing industries, OEMs, MNCs, and other automotive organizations.
Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute interaction.
Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of proven experience (full-time / Internship) in the relevant field/similar Edtech platforms and preference will be given to candidates proficient in liaisons with various industries for placement.

Salary

20,000 INR to 25,000 INR
