Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

This role will be directly involved in the product development engineering of Advanced Power Products Systems and associated components.
Determining detailed functional requirements for Advanced Power Products and Components and implement the same in Simulation environment to evaluate technical characteristics
Design and development of new models and simulations of components, subsystems or processes.
Analyse operational and test data to troubleshoot and resolve system problems
Meeting modelling and simulation goals for cost, reliability, performance, timelines and managing multiple priorities
Work closely with global team on new product development
Communicate technical information to customers, team members, suppliers and other units
Knowledge of the NPI process.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Relevant work experience required: Bachelors or Masters – 0 to 3 year experience in Modelling and Simulation of Electrical systems and Components preferably in technology like fuel cell power sources, energy storage systems, hydrogen fuel cells, hybrids, electric vehicles (EV), etc and functional validation testing
Experience in electrical systems modelling/simulation.
Working knowledge Matalab,PSCAD, Digsilent PowerFactory, PSS®E and other electrical systems simulation softwares

Strong project management skills – Developing, maintaining, and executing to a project management plan. Ability to develop & leverage a global network of engineering resources.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Enjoys working in a fast paced, technically challenging environment
Willingness to travel domestic/international up to 10% when job role requires
