Charzera Tech (Charzer) is India’s biggest EV charging network with 800+ charging stations and has a presence in 20+ cities. With a vision to set up a charging station in every street in India, Charzer is setting up 1 lakh charging stations in the next two years. The founders are IIT-NITians, who has previously founded FAE Bikes, one of the largest EV fleet rental startup. About The Internship

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Effectively pitching Charzer’s USPs to potential customers
Involving in the complete sales process, from lead generation till conversion
Participating in promotional activities to reach more leads and conversions
Actively coordinating with the operations team in ensuring timely service delivery for the acquired clients
Providing assistance in solving problems that the customers face and responding to their requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Capturing basic and important information from market research and working according to the company norms and requirements
Working towards maintaining a positive relationship with all our esteemed customers
