Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Create the company’s supply chain strategy.
Head Sourcing and Logistics, End-to-End Supply Chain Planning, PPIC.
Create and Structure PPIC Internal department (Team), Plan activities to measure achievement and improve performance of the department to achieve normal running of the factory.
Lead the management of purchasing; ensure the development of organisation in order to achieve Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) objectives.
Head product and vendor development activities to achieve targeted savings for the company.
Track supplier performance: improve purchasing productivity (cost reduction, negotiation, value analysis); improve the quality delivered by suppliers Establish and Monitor vendor performances (Quality, on-time delivery etc.), ratings.
Planning complete dispatches in accordance with the production plan and providing visibility to the organization.
Lead initiatives to increase inventory turns and reduce order to delivery times.
Start and lead barcoding initiative for stores management
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
