Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the identification, development and delivery of automation products that drive project productivity and product quality across Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Combined Cycle and Aeroderivative Product Lines.
Idea management and Project and task management for automation products.
Apply coding standards and application controls to deliver quality automation products.
Lead and contribute to the strategic direction of automation products.
Generate and analyze data to drive usage and ensure cost effective use of resources for application maintenance.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders through the life of applications.
Maintain KPIs and develop where appropriate to track performance against customer expectations and team objectives.
Lead harmonized process and requirements development in support of phased PLM implementation globally.
Continuously develop team of subject matter experts in existing applications in order to support current execution.
Work closely with engineering teams and product definition teams to identify automation opportunities and drive standard work through application use.
Continuously streamline application discovery and development processes and controls.
Proactive planning and driven attitude towards business initiatives such as Quality, Strategic Tool Roadmaps, Productivity (Lean), Development, Product Cost Out and Continuous Improvement.
