Job Description

Qualifications
Bachelor or a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
10+ year experience from product development in the automotive/transport industry
Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture
A networking leader with courage, integrity who can lead and drive changes together with the team
Experience from product development preferably on a modular and reuse-level
Experience from being a leader of people and technology
Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working
Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing working culture
Communicative and with good influencing skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
