Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Delivering the verification status within EPC area and for providing recommendation to release.
Define test support and tools and secures their availability in accordance with verification plan.
Synchronizes HW, SW and Application deliverables to make sure that configuration is correct for all verification test releases through reporting problems, risks and not fulfilled requirements.
Drive overall team competence development to increase productivity and efficiency.
Drive Modeling and configuration activities and propose automation of test cases.
Prepare a roadmap for the HIL Rig maintenance/ development.
Plan developing and Executing Test cases at SIL /MIL /HIL level (Manual/Automated).
Understand existing and future requirements on test equipment and needed methods.
Work in close cooperation with the Projects in order to understand the product development needs, and keep updated on the latest technologies.
Be part of the Global community
Identify equipment suppliers finding technical solutions and be part of the realization and commissioning of new equipment / upgrading existing rig
Prepare/update HIL rig Technical descriptions, specifications and act as advisor for the investment projects.
Perform pre-studies and benchmarking and choose the best solutions in accordance to quality, accuracy, reliability, maintainability and legal demands by working in close cooperation with equipment suppliers and networking.

Experience:
8-12 years of experience within Automotive verification
Experience and knowledge in embedded systems development within the automotive industry

Professional skills:
Domain knowledge of the Test & Verification area
Verification against requirements at SIL/MIL/HIL and Vehicle level.
Exposure to National Instruments and dSPACE rigs
Proven experience in leading a team.
Worked with global teams and have lead global initiatives
