Job Description

Your Responsibilities
Selecting and prescribing the appropriate ratings (power, voltage, current) of the equipment.
Developing power supply system architecture, sizing calculation for Substation & Traction Power Supply system.
Attending discussions with customers.
Battery Sizing for Electrical Vehicles or Verification of the Vehicle OEM’s Design.
Overall Engineering of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
Performing site Visit’s as and When Required.
Ability to assess the offered Equipment shall comply the local Grid Requirements.
Preparation of Single Line Diagram, Multi Line Diagram and Bill of Quantities for Estimation Purpose.
Supporting customer project tendering and execution activities.
Developing Market Requirement specification based on evolving needs.
Benchmark and cost evaluation of our Own and Competition offerings.
Audit and assessment of external partners, including power electronic converters.
Liasoning with Global Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Supply chain Management for necessary task and to support the Global and Regional Programs.

Your background
A Degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Power Electronics and Drives. Around 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with low and Medium power converters is an advantage
Already working in the domain of E-Mobility /Traction Application/Power Converters
Strong Fundamentals in Power Semi-Conductors
Experience with low voltage and medium voltage network distribution would be an ad-vantage
Understanding of Various Simulation and Modelling Tools (PSCAD/MATLAB) to Technically bridge customer and R&D Team.
Understanding of DC network & Energy Storage Systems (battery, supercapacitors, Bat-tery Management Systems) would be an advantage
Experience with EV charger, CCS2, CHAdeMO and GB/T protocol would be an advantage
Team spirit with the capacity to work independently, complemented by a quick intellect and well-developed analytical skills
Fluent command of English
Experience in working with IEC standard, ANSI etc.
Proficiency in using Office 365 Suites and presentation Skills
