Job Description

Responsibilities:

5+ years experience in the field of Analog/Digital Electronics hardware design/development.
Self-directed, creative, organized, motivated individual with great problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to contribute in a cross-disciplinary team.
Specialized skills in implementation of communication protocols, developing interrupt driven firmware, implementation of device drivers, System Integration etc required for integrated systems.
Proficient in building up, implementing innovative firmware and debugging the firmware issue using latest tools through rich experience in Embedded C.
Experience in Hardware Designing for monitoring and control applications for various sub-systems.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or any equivalent model-based development tool is good to have not mandatory
Sound knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, microprocessors, systems design, signal processing, filter designs, target board support package, communication buses
Should have expertise in developing high speed mixed signals circuits
Should have hands-on experience in wired hardware design using CAN,RS485,MOD BUS, C BUS and Ethernet.
Good knowledge on PCB design guidelines for SI, high speed design EMI/EMC
Experience with E-CAD tools like- OrCad, PADS, DX Designer, etc
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting various tools
Knowledge of application testing methodologies
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in electronics / communication engineering or equivalent

Requirements and profile:

Bachelor’s degree Masters degree from an accredited college/university focused on electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hardware embedded
Professional design experience: circuit simulation, library creation and management, schematic entry, PCB design
Experience applying lithium battery technology to battery modules and packs for full-vehicle high voltage systems required.
Experience and understanding of automotive high voltage DC power systems, including DC/DC converters, battery chargers, electric motors, power distribution, or grounding required.
Knowledge of vehicle-level battery systems, including temperature sensing, current sensing, power switching, fusing, electromagnetic interference (EMI), & electrical connectivity required.
