Bosch Electrical Drives India Pvt. Ltd. (RBDI), was formed in April 2008 with the sole objective of dealing electrical drives products from Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany and also from its affiliated and subsidiary companies in the rest of the world.

Bosch Electrical Drives India Private Limited is engaged in application, manufacturing, and sales of products for Thermal management of both ICE / EV and Drives for EVs.

Plant is located at Oragadam, Chennai. Products include
Engine cooling fan module
Blower motor for air conditioning
Blower controllers for auto climate control
Coolant pump and Valve
E-Compressor
In Hub for electric 2 wheelers
Job Description
Assessing RFQ & specification for providing technical proposals to customer
Analyze simulation results for system and product impacts
Perform calculation for predicting the motor curve using manual method or MATLAB
Providing technical advice and answering queries from Quality, Manufacturing & customers for Q Complaint
To build proto sample for different machines during concept & pre study stages
Investigating, problem solving’s & Failure analysis of Development/Warranty parts
Electrical design of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines (PMSM) & BLDC
Knowledge on FEA software’s like Altair Flux, Motor CAD & analytical tools like SPEED
Capable of reviewing FEA results & to suggest/guide to change design elements during simulation
Experience in CAD tools like NX or CATIA V5 – 3D modelling /2D drawings and GD&T
Knowledge in calibration tools like VECTOR CANape, VFLASH & BUSMASTER
Knowledge in communication portal like UART, LIN & CAN
Capable of adjusting design parameters (thermal model, energy model) values on motor electronics w.r.t testing result
Qualifications

BE Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics engineering
