Responsibilities
To work with Delhi Governments / Dialogue & Development Commission of Delhi office on advancing Delhi EV policy and other identified projects
With direction from the Supervisor, independently deliver on various aspects of the identified project including:
Developing the roll out plan for EV charging infrastructure
Selection of concessional locations and allocation of locations to Energy Operators to setup public charging infrastructure, and overall bid advisory (including selection criteria, and drafting of bid documents)
Developing the technical and operational guidelines for fixed charging and battery swapping stations.
Assessing the financial models (RESCO and CAPEX) appropriate for deployment of EV chargers in semi-public sector (such as CGHSs, commercial centres, RWAs others) and for private EV charging
Support the work on ecosystem mapping for key EV segments like e-rickshaws and e-autos
Take charge of various technical aspects of project delivery, such as government interfacing, partner management, people engagement, project documentation, event management, etc.
Assist in organizing events. forums, workshops, meetings etc
Carry out a significant amount of onsite work, including but not limited to site inspections, surveys, meetings etc.
Carry out a significant amount of people engagement, through meetings, online communication, event participation, etc., with government officials, donors, international colleagues, partners, vendors, etc.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Engineering and Master’s in Electrical, Electrics, Chemical engineering or equivalent
4-7 years of full time experience in the energy / transportation sector. Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience on working in the electric mobility space.
Salary and Benefits: 11 ,00,000 to 13,00,000 INR CTC

Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package.

Duration: 1 Year as term hire

Location: Delhi, India
