Design Engineer/Project Engineer – Electrical/Instrumentation

Job description / Mission:
Your main task will be to manage the project and steer the project team in order to deliver project in time, within the budget and according to the Customer Specification.
The main responsibilities for the Project engineer are
Collect and interpret information and translate this information into design specification for project team
Play an active and coordinating role for various project teams / cross functional teams
Manage various projects at a given time while ensuring that project delivery happens on time in full
Completely responsible for project planning.
Close coordination with the Project Leader on all projects related to the division and with Service Delivery Heads for competence.
Provide technical support to the project team

What we expect of you?

We have Seperate vacancies one for Electrical engineer and two for Instrumentation Engineer. The person with combined experience may apply as well.

For Electrical Enginner ( 1 positions):

BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation engineering / Electronics and Telecommunications with Minimum 3 to 5 years of designing experience in project execution in an engineering or product organisation.

Designing and estimation of power, control and instrumentation systems for Engine/ Motor driven compressors

Switchgear & Instruments sizing and selection
Panel layout design
Wire Harness design
Cable selection
Through knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering documents
Knowledge of Panel design standards – primarily IEC, CSA,UL
Practical exposure to Starter and Control Panel design and manufacturing
Electrical + Instrumentation combined profile would be a plus

Software skill requirement:
Must be proficient in
EPLAN Electric P8 (Schematics and ProPanel mandatory, Cogineer experience would be an advantage)
AutoCAD Electrical
AutoCAD Mechanical
MS Excel

Having good knowledge of the
MS office suite,
ERP Softwares
