Job Description:
Design and development of wiring harness for EV/FCEV/HV systems.
Knowledge of Fuse/wires CSA/connector/Cables selection for HV/EV systems.
Circuit/harness preparation on CAPITAL-H/VeSys/Zuken.
3D CAD wire routing and system integration in Creo/ProE.
Wiring harness and wiring service document preparation.
Hands on EV/HV system and component testing.
Hands on experience with Electric Vehicle/ HV system such as high voltage Batteries, Motors, Controllers, sensors.
Hands on Virtual/system/Vehicle level integration.
Component selection such as relay/contactor/cable/connector for of EV/HV system.
Knowledge on CAN communication and its guidelines.
Troubleshooting and problem solving with RCA/fishbone/Why-Why analysis technique.
Knowledge on Design process such as DFM, DFS, DFMEA, DR etc.
Customer and Supplier handling issue resolution.
