Automotive Diagnostic Engineer

Job Description

Experience in automotive diagnostics & troubleshooting
Good communication & interpersonal skills, Electrical & Electronics
Must have : Usages of Diagnostic & Flashing toolsets, Wiring schematic reading, Good communication
Preferred to have : Different CAN communication protocol, Detailed functioning of BCM, TCU etc. vehicle ECUs
Vehicle level ECU functional fault finding & resolution (Diagnostic Service Technician)
Knowledge of Automotive Diagnostic UDS communication in protocols like ISO 14229, ISO 15765, ISO 14230, ISO 26262
Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc
Knowledge of domains like BCM (Body control module), Telematics , RPAS, Gateways must
Experience of using Vector tools like CANoe, CAN data loggers
Automotive Domain exposure like EMS, ABS , IC etc. preferred
Good knowledge of Electrical diagnosis and identification of issues /complaints
Able to use Measurements Tools like Digital Current meter, Oscilloscope for Debugging
Knowledge of Electric vehicle & system is an added Advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
