Job Description

We’re driEV, a rental and on-demand EV startup with more than 200 bikes currently plying on the streets of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri, with a monthly demand of more than 40+ new bikes. We are expanding to 100 cities, and we’re looking for a few self-driven and hungry young Customer Relationship Managers who would help us maintain our growth trajectory and fleet. Responsibilities and Duties

To oversee the entire lifecycle of a customer, right from enquiry till return.
Learning about all our product offerings.
Understanding the need of the customer.
Learning about basic operations about electric vehicles.
Creating invoices for customers.
Reconciling payments.
Collaborating with the operations and maintenance team.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products.
Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree preferably in management, administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1-year experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 to ₹18,000.00 /month
