About the job
Development of battery pack designs that are thermally & mechanically stable and sustainable in harsh conditions.
Understand the goals and requirements of the market and then drive thermal improvements, safety design, and robust pack, with bug-free electronics to build an extremely high-quality product.
Understand the manufacturing process of the battery pack in-depth and drive the production-ready product using constant iteration using data analysis.
Develop robust mechanical design or coordinate with the mechanical design team to realize the project.
Selection and design of special components for the battery pack.
Devising packaging strategy for optimum Energy to weight to volume ratio.
Devising packaging strategy for Ingress protection & Electrical Isolation.
Coordinating with CFT for other task completion.
Preparing DVP and testing SOPS for different stages of the project.
