About the Job

Nash Tech Labs is looking for talented, mature, self-motivated, and dynamic individuals for its Research & Development centre in Bangalore to become a part of NextGen product development team in the QUALITY ASSURANCE.

To ensure success in this position, the QA Engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. An ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring that the product would meet all the necessary standards and certifications before the product launches to meet client and ISO requirements, while being cost-effective.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Extremely good at Design and development of Wiring harness.
Good Experience in selection of components.
Assure product capability and quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities.
Good communication skill.
Experience in 2D CAD drawing package is required.
Autodesk AutoCAD and 3D CAD experience is preferred.

Roles and responsibilities

Produce design and production documentation including schematics, boarding drawings, splice, and termination sheets.
Prepares reports on wire harness and electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs, and applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Maintains project reports and customer interaction when required.
Ability to train and guide technicians and engineers.
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes.
Mentors team members and in other areas of expertise.
Contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Ensure legal compliance with state, federal and OSHA requirements.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ensure ISO procedures are followed.
