Job Role: Tech Support Engineer – Linux and IT Networking

Excellent customer support skills – you should be Empathetic and Patient as many users might not be skilled to understand our Platform.
Responsible for providing high-quality technical support for Charging device and SaaS product
Taking ownership of technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
Working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps in the ticketing system.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Good working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
Advanced Linux Networking
Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems
Basic Linux Skills
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent Documentation Skills
Python and SQL knowgledge is added advantage.
