Position Summary: The Air Systems Product Marketing Manager is an important member of the IMEA Climate team and will be a key partner to the MEA Climate Solutions Director of Sales & Marketing for the Development & commercialization efforts of Regal Air Systems for HVAC applications
The Product Marketing Manager requires a multidisciplinary approach to technology, business, and marketing applied together to Regal Rexnord Climate Air Systems products growth. You will help breakdown business challenges into data-driven problems that guide performance. Will be responsible to lead all aspects of design, test, & build innovative motor / blower products for HVAC applications. Will be responsible for leading motor / blower systems new product development following the phased gate NPD approach, and support customer New Product Introductions by direct interface with customer’s technical team
Major Responsibilities:
Lead commercialization efforts in growing Air Systems solutions sales while meeting / exceeding set annual revenues & profitability targets Lead ongoing Air Systems NPDs with top line & profitability commitments Directly Manage team of engineers for product development & commercialization efforts Conduct market research and maintain SharePoint site with latest relevant market pulses for the supporting sales managers in the IMEA region Lead commercial team education utilizing webinars and other soft education tools. Run monthly newsletter to keep team abreast of market & customer updates in HVAC Air Systems & Regal Solutions updates Prepare and analyse historical & futuristic market data and identify patterns and key actions to drive organic business growth Conduct VOC and research to understand complex user interactions and translate into simple, customer-centred air systems solutions. Owner/contributor of product marketing campaign management: storytelling, launch tactics, product activation, sampling, product launch videos, social media launch graphics, info graphics, sell sheets, website banners, etc. Lead Air Systems NPD CAPEX project consolidation and analysis for funding requests Drives all phases of new product development, starting with product ideation, CAD design, prototyping, documentation, testing, production launch and transition to sustaining. Lead all aspects of project management from Initiation, Planning, Scheduling, Implementation to Control and Closure. Lead regular project meetings and report updates to key stakeholders Monitors changes in internal and external customer requirements/scope or other assumptions and determines the impact on the project Effectively interact with sales, application engineers and customers for existing products as well as potential new opportunities. Suggests new product ideas and maintain records for potential patentable ideas Has experience in hiring , mentoring and taking appropriate actions in managing team members Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects at one time A creative eye for spotting product and consumer trends particularly in HVAC segments in IMEA region Must demonstrate entrepreneurial aptitude and be solution-focused Requires developing a diverse skillset of strategic thinking, creative/design, and analytical skills in digital marketing. Requires ability to synthesize program/project analytics to identify growth opportunities. Must be able to coordinate effectively with internal and external resources in order to deliver a quality marketing product
