About the job
Lithion Power (www.LithionPower.com) operates an IoT-enabled, data-driven Intelligent Energy platform (IEP) for Electric Vehicles (EVs) – includes smart charging & battery swapping infrastructure with software to track control assets in real-time & facilitate optimal energy utilization.
Lithion Power designs & develops core technical products like battery management systems, telemetry units, motor controllers, chargers etc. in-house and owns the intellectual property associated with it. Recently Lithion Power has ventured into EV-only last-mile delivery for large e-commerce companies.
Lithion Power works with EV OEMs, battery pack manufacturers, fleet operators, etc. & aims to make an EV-only India, a reality by 2030!
Responsibilities
Must have experience in developing electronics circuits of a product using
operational Amplifier, Bipolar transistors, MOSFETS, MOSFETS Driver, LDO IC, DC to
DC Converter IC and customized IC for specific products like BMS, LION Battery
Charger, BLDC Motor Controller, Inverter, UPS.
Must have experience in reverse Engineering of 2 layer/4 layer electronics board.
Excellent problem solving and debugging abilities of developed prototype
electronics boards.
Excellent ability to use DSO, logic Analyzer, power supply, mustimeters, power
meters electronics part meter, Power Analyzer and any other allied Instruments
required to develop the specific products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
4-8 years as a hardware design engineer
BE/B. Tech or M. Tech in ECE/ EEE
Preferred
Minimum 5 years of Experience in design and development of product like BMS,
LION Battery Charger, BLDC Motor Controller, Inverter, UPS
