Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Proven experience on Motor, Motor Controller with dyno setup.
Preparation of DVP and Test Plans with respect Test standards, DFMEA
Integration of Motor with Motor Controller & tuning the Motor Controller to the motor to optimize the system efficiency.
Should handle Speed Vs Torque, Efficiency, Net Power, Continuous Power, Insulation resistance, with stand voltage, Temperature rise, OCV, Short Circuit, Environmental Test, Vibration test, EMI-EMC tests, NVH test.
Maintain 5S at Powertrain lab and upgrade required instruments with respect to projects.
Knowledge on various types of measurement equipment Power Analyzer, 2 quadrant Power Supply, Oscilloscope, Clamp meter, Multimeter, Datalogger, Thermometer.
Derive durability test profile based on the RWUP profile and Prepare test up and execute the test.
Knowledge on Automotive Standards IEC 60349-2, IEEE std 43-2000, IEEE112, AIS041, IEC 60068, IEC 60034-15, ISO 20653, ISO 16750 etc.
4+ Year Experience with Motor, MCU, Transmission and Powertrain
BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics / Electronics & Communication
Basic knowledge in with power electronics and inverter hardware layout
Knowledge On Electric Vehicle is must
Must possess knowledge in BLDC Hub motor, IPM& PMSM motors design and sensors.
Strong technical skills
Knowledge of data analytics is a plus
