Roles & responsibilities:

Create test procedures, plans and test reports to support all vehicle and part testing activities.
Closely work with product development team for identify part level testing requirements
Conduct closed-course vehicle testing on various test tracks and proving grounds.
Specify instrumentation & equipment on test vehicles, performing test driving and data collection.
Good understanding about Electric Motors, BMS, EV transmission & motor controls
Analyze data collected during testing to determine if the vehicle/part meets requirements, and make recommendations to the internal design teams based on findings.
Write test reports to document results of testing and to communicate issues found.
Closely work with domestic and international homologation agencies to get part and vehicle level homologation.
Excellent exposure and knowledge towards the project and product development life cycles. Develop, check and report vehicle packaging status and issues
Technical Compatibility:

High teamwork capabilities. Able to share new ideas and provide technical solutions.
Experience in automotive testing and validation, and experiences in different automotive / EV companies will be highly valued.
High analytical and creative skills.
All round experience with the ability to react quickly and efficiently.
Confident, with the ability to convince through technical arguments.
Good communication skills (able to explain technical information and requirements).
Sound knowledge of export homologation requirements added advantage.
