Responsibility –

Primary Skill Electrical schematic design, Catia V5

Job Description

Circuit Schematic de sign in CHS Capital logic (logical diagram, Physical diagram etc.),

Schematic Design in Capital Integrative and Generative flow.

EDS Design calculations- Power distribution, Ground distribution, Resistance calculations

Running DRCs, Schematic simulation- Voltage drop and Short circuit fuse blow analysis

EDS Schematic Topology design for vehicle platforms, Vehicle electrical architecture & CAN backbone finalisation

2D drawing in both CHS and Catia V5

To select fuses, relays, connectors, wires, coverings, parking clips/clamps.

Responsible for Vehicle Electrical system architecture & schematic delivery

Accountability of schematic & harness delivery ensuring vehicle functionality & timelines.

To interact with CFT for input collection & interface sign off

To adhere to Design processes & WCQ requirements,

Virtual analysis & design calculations

Data management & releases as per guidelines.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge Primarily Skill :Electrical Auto domain skill set(Vehicle Elect Architectur,IVN)

Secondary Skill : Capital tool hands-on

Must have :Electrical Schematic design knowledge in Capital

Preferred to have :Generative workflow & Electric Vehicle design work experience

Work experience in Auto domain/ EV

In depth Knowledge of Automotive Wiring Harness Design

Standards.

Knowledge of Release in PLM.

Sound Knowledge of Auto Electrical trouble shooting.

Sound Knowledge of Vehicular Electrical Components.

Knowledge of Engineering process tools such as DFMEA, 8D, ECN, etc.
