Roles & Responsibilities:
– jointly working with the top management to chalk out a growth strategy and business plan for the company to meet its vision and goals
– building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company
– nurturing the right partnerships and building the ev eco-system that enables greater visibility in the market and high velocity lead flow
– participating in management meetings and senior leadership discussions on key strategic matters
– understanding the role of technology in fulfilling company vision – business development function that fully leverages the company’s existing technology and future planned technology rollouts.
Desired Candidate Profile :
– ideal candidate would be someone with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in ev with total 20+ years of experience in sales and business development. must have experience in managing large p&l with experience of reporting from multiple business functions.
– candidate should be passionate about evs and must have good knowledge of ev landscape and challenges and opportunities available in the ev space. ideal candidates must be well aware of the current policy framework in ev space with good know-how of driving business through various channels.
