Roles & Responsibilities

This role is responsible for Tech and Non Tech end-to-end recruitment activity and managing the team to deliver on business objectives and recruitment numbers.

  • Partnering closely with business leaders to understand the business strategy and talent needs
  • Collaborating with line managers in evaluating: –
  • Existing and future talent requirements,
  • Defining critical roles
  • Core competency
  • Finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
  • Should be responsible for understanding talent availability and market intelligence
  • Ensure team is appropriately partnering with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters and upholding exceptional customer service to these stakeholders
  • Ensure commitment to SLA, individual and team performance metrics
  • Oversee the onboarding, training, and development of direct reports;
  • Ensure adherence to existing processes and proper use of tools to ensure accurate reporting
