Position : Program Manager – Engineering & Systems
-Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Business Field with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in engineering of water treatment projects.
-Good knowledge of Digital tools and work processes in an engineering environment.
-Demonstrated leadership style showing capability to accelerate change, work in a rapidly changing environment and operate independently to deliver business results
-Strong influencing and team building skills
-Ability to travel periodically and relocate to Bangalore India for the assignment
-Clear and concise communicator
-Drive a winning mentality and culture
-Working knowledge of global combined technologies and applications
-Fluent in English.
-Works well in a matrix structure
-Superior knowledge of SAP PS/Excel/Workflow management expertise
This key Leadership role will be responsible for defining the engineering standards and processes to be used at InSource (engineering standards, workflow between InSource and Regions, ERP use etc). He/She will oversee training of the engineers and act as the Regional Relationship Manager for NAM to gain direct feedback on how well the InSource team is functioning and develop plans for further improvement.
This leader will report to the InSource Director
-Develop the engineering service model to ensure world class quality of work provided by the InSource center.
-Coordinate with the Global engineering teams on engineering standards including both processes and tools to drive consistency of design practices between the Regions and the InSource team so that the resource center is shaped to meet the delivery expectations of the Regions
-Implementation of digital systems and tools for smooth operation of InSource including but not limited to work transfer, document control, review, approval and customer satisfaction processes.
-Implement and train the team on SAP-PS to enable seamless co-ordination with the SUEZ Regional teams (Sourcing, Project management, Engineering, Factories, Finance etc)
-Implement and monitor systems to capture utilization, KPI’s and help in prioritization of workload and quality improvement among the teams.
-Systems Integration of the third-party engineering activities with Resource center.
-Train the design staff to communicate effectively on project work, provide excellent customer service, deliver top-notch products, and foster a superior team environment and help build the Insource brand within the global teams.
-Train the InSource team on the suite of Suez technologies.
-Act as assigned regions advocate and partner to ensure adoption of the InSource center.
