Person will be responsible for sales of online courses and driving sales on a weekly basis to ensure lead conversions.
Identifies and implements innovative business development and sales strategies to increase company profitability by fully leveraging product/service offerings of a variety of Engineering courses.
Lead identification through research, networking and cold calling and leveraging the use of social media.
Would be responsible for end to end sales for the regions chosen or open country sales. – Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets to release salaries with minimum targets.
Collaboratively work with the other sales members and crack deals with Corporates(OEMs) to get training schedules that churns out more salary benefits for yourself.
Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references.
Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop diyguru image as a trustworthy, capable and reliable education & training partner.
Gathers and maintains pipeline metrics to enable the business to measure progress against targets.
