Own the western India institutional pipeline — engineering colleges, OEMs and tier-one suppliers — and close multi-cohort EV training contracts.

Who we hire
We don't filter on college tier. We ask for work — a writing sample, a portfolio, a teaching demo, a code review — because that predicts whether someone can do the job and a CV largely doesn't.
What everyone here has in common is a willingness to be corrected in public. Our material goes in front of a room full of learners every week, and that is a brutally honest feedback loop. People who enjoy that thrive here. People who need to be right the first time generally don't.
The team
Around 200 of us across ten teams and eight countries — curriculum writers, trainers, lab engineers, editors, designers, developers and the operations people who keep a hundred cohorts running. Most joined without prior EV experience.
Locations
Delhi is home and our largest office. Beyond it we run centres across the GCC, Southeast Asia and West Africa — plus roles that are fully remote.
