Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Act as program management for the global Electrification and Mobility Product Management and Engineering team
Lead and support Milestone Process, Business Case Development and Evaluation
Market analysis based on IHS data and other sources, market trends, and utilize data to drive market opportunities
Champion data collection, analysis, reporting, and creation of dashboard and metrics – automating with (SFDC), finance (AGM Dashboard), NPI master file – identifying issues with data integrity
Support commercial opportunity identification / generation / customer prospecting, and global sharing
Market analysis based on external reporting for STANLEY Industrial – IHS for commercial vehicle & global and regional industry segment | vertical reporting
Monitoring competitor activity specific to Electrification and Mobility
Provide financial analysis using internal and external information providing necessary insight and clarity to support decisions and focus
Manages high priority projects as assigned.


BS of Engineering or BS/BA in Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience in Product Life Cycle (PLM) / Product Data Management (PDM) tools.
Proficient in MS Office, Smartsheet, including MS Project or equivalent. (CRM tool) experience is beneficial
Business / Finance and Engineering acumen.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification favorable.
Successful track record in leading the execution of Program / Project teams with adherence to cost / timing and constraints.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Able to research the current state and collect the data needed. This includes understanding what data is needed.
Ability to lead and negotiate solutions that balance technical capability and cost / timing in accordance with business need.
Commanding / efficient communication and interpersonal skills with ability to manage diverse internal and external customers, co-workers and varying levels of management.
Ability to de-escalate and resolve Conflicts that would otherwise halt project progress. Active listening skills required.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Autonomous, accountable and transparent approach to the management of the position’s roles and responsibilities.
