We are expanding delivery across Andhra Pradesh, working with engineering colleges, polytechnics and industry partners in the region. This role delivers those programmes.
You will teach EV fundamentals, battery and BMS, motor and controller systems, and high-voltage safety — mostly hands-on, on real hardware. Cohorts range from second-year diploma students to practising service technicians, so you will need to pitch the same material at very different levels.
You will also own lab readiness at the delivery sites: equipment, consumables, safety procedure and the incident log. We are strict about high-voltage safety and expect you to be stricter.
What you will do
- Deliver hands-on EV training to student and industry cohorts
- Teach battery systems, BMS, motors, controllers and HV safety
- Own lab and equipment readiness at delivery sites
- Enforce and document high-voltage safety procedure
- Assess learners practically and write up competency evidence
- Travel to partner campuses across Andhra Pradesh
- Feed classroom reality back to the curriculum team
