Prior experience working on products with embedded circuit systems. The experience could be from the Semiconductor industry/ Electric Vehicle (EV)/ IoT/ Security Systems/ Power Engineering/ Power Storage

Job Responsibilities :

Work with users as well as management, sales, and other field-facing teams to understand business requirements and define new functional requirements.
Work with the business teams & the senior management to define incremental product requirements.
Assist in the launch of new products and sustaining products in different stages of the product life cycle.
Develop proper and thorough documentation describing product features and changes as appropriate for the engineering team to pick up the requirements.
Ability to hold functional responsibilities of multiple products in parallel.
Work closely with the engineering teams to ensure timely deliveries of committed products.
Technical Requirement(Must Have)

Analyzing & understanding project specifications for IoT applications.
Researching & studying data sheets of different IoT sensors from different vendors, and comparing them based on technology, certification, logistics, support and cost.
Understanding of Embedded C/Arduino
Good knowledge of IoT sensors, PCB design, hardware design & troubleshooting.
Experience or familiarity with development boards
Familiarity and experience with industrial protocols
Experience with communications protocols such as WiFi, WAN, etc.
Technical Requirement (Good to Have)

Familiarity with industrial systems like SCADA, PLC, DCS, etc.
Hands-on experience with interfacing various on-chip and off-chip peripherals like LCD displays, keypads, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, timers, interrupts, GPIO etc.
Familiar with wiring & interfacing protocols such as RS232, RS485, etc.
Requirements (Product Management)

Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in Application development or software engineering or hardware engineering.
Ability to understand the constraints which come in with embedded systems & work along with the engineering team to build products from scratch.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
Ability to understand complex technical systems and build technical collateral for the same.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exposure to product development lifecycle.
Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
