About the Role

Design & Engineering Validation of different AMP products In-house & at an external Lab using equipment like Environmental Chambers, EMI/EMC, Electro Dynamic shakers, Salt spray chamber, RPS, DSO, Electronic Load, HIL, SIL Etc
Testing experience in Power Electronics and Automotive Electronics
Experience with Test Equipment/facilities such as Environmental Chambers, EMI/EMC, Electro Dynamic shakers, Salt spray chamber, RPS, DSO, Electronic Load, DMM, etc.
Understanding of EUT specs/architecture and test requirements from the concerned department to perform tests effectively
BMS Hardware Engineering validation testing including EOL
Perform Accuracies Tests, Short circuits & all Electrical Tests
BMS Software testing, HIL & SIL
Perform SOC, SOHC, SOHR, FET Diagnostics, etc
Good Knowledge of Automotive electronics products like DC-DC, OBC, BMS, DC Fast Charger
He should be able to identify the Bugs & report them to the concerned stakeholder
Experience in Component Functional Check, Inspection
Test data analysis & report generation
Good knowledge of IS, ISO, IEC, CISPR, and AIS standards
Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures & rules are strictly adhered to while performing electrical tests

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have 5+ Years of experience in the Validation or Testing in the Automotive domain
Should have people management experience or led 3-7 team members in a previous job Profile
Hands-on Experience with Validation or Testing related activities on BMS or other EV product Line
Knowledge in test software, product software, LabVIEW, Bus master, CANeo, PCAN
keep track of all the records of testing, Bugs, Parts changed Etc.
Setting up the Test up’s for all EV & DV tests as per the Plan
Knowledge in Environmental & Reliability testing of automotive components
Hands-on experience in Thermal, Mechanical, Electrical & EMI/EMC tests according to the standards
Collaborate with R&D engineers development of test requirements specifications (TRS) with a strong emphasis on standardization across multiple product lines
Ensure compliance to electrical safety procedures & rules are strictly adhered to while performing electrical test
