Payroll Analyst

Job Description

What you’ll do:

Process and manage the day-to-day assigned international payroll
Review new hire data, terminations, employment status changes, tax changes, deductions, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, special pay, etc.
Provide information to and coordinate with service providers and payroll systems
Process and reconcile all payroll-related statutory deductions and employee benefits like on-call, PTO, etc.
Manage salary bank file recon and payment process, GL accounting, accrual reporting, and fund forecasting
Ensure periodic and annual payroll tax filings are complete, accurate, and filed in a timely method
Handle equity transactions through payroll stocks, RSUs, and ESPP
Manage payroll queries on the Chatbox and Ticketing system
Support internal and external payroll audits and monthly payroll matrix on payroll delivery query management
Handle and close year-end activities of payroll until delivery of required year-end income statement filings
What you’ll bring:

Minimum 3+ years of experience with multiple country payroll (APAC, EMEA) in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of payroll systems, payroll statutory, earnings and deduction codes, and GL mapping
Knowledge of ESPP, stock, RSU is a plus
Ability to effectively communicate and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, including all levels within the company
Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and high energy
Experience with the following payroll systems is preferred: Workday, CloudPay, and GreytHR
Bachelor’s degree

Improve global time off processing by supporting, testing, and configuring absence management in Workday
Lead and take ownership of new payroll projects
Become an expert in international payroll by creating backups and processing documentation
