Reports To


At least 5 years of experience in development and implementation of
Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience with at least 1 or more of the following Salesforce modules : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Billings
Minimum 2 Years of hands on experience with Salesforce CPQ
Two or more years of experience developing business applications using Agile methodology
A demonstrated ability to work with groups of people at all levels of the company to forge agreement to systems requirements and priorities
Significant participation in or leadership of at least one full implementation of Salesforce
Deliver Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities platform
Technical SME role on projects to design Salesforce Solution design and provide technical walk-through to rest of the team
Experience with technical delivery – Build, System Testing handover/co-ordination, Tech. documentation and deployment activities
Experience converting functional requirements to technical requirements, Estimate user stories, plan team capacity and work closely with Scrum Master to finalize Sprint scope
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
Experience with CPQ and Contract Management, Subscription Billings, Order Management
Knowledge and experience with Subscription Billings and Invoicing systems like SalesForce Billings or Zuora
Experience with ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica Cloud would be a plus
Experience with NetSuite ERP will be a plus
