Hardware Circuit Design, Simulation & Testing of Power Electronics Circuits
Embedded Software implementation of Control Strategies on Power Electronics Topologies using DSP/Micro-controllers.
Purchase of electronic components, Preparing Bill of Materials, Managing operations related to the project.
Vendor management, Building & Managing quality vendor networks with effective skills.
Coordination with all team members to accomplish the task successfully
Mentor Junior team members
Desired Skills

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in hardware projects involving Power Electronics Circuit, Debugging of Circuits & Embedded coding.
Good understanding related to Electronic components, Driver circuits, BMS, Batteries & Power Devices.
Sound knowledge of Power Electronics topologies, Embedded circuits & Power components
Hands-on Experience in PE simulation software.
Hands-on experience in usage of laboratory equipment like DSO, high power supplies, Power Analyzer etc
Operational skills which includes Developing strategies to manage procurement, vendor development & coordination, create & maintain the purchase plan as per the project needs.
Advanced data analysis skills using google sheets/Excel.
Good communication & Mail writing skill.
Past experience in Project management shall be preferred
Sense of ownership and strong work ethics
